[Really Needed] Editors
We need editors way more than anything else, I make a ton of mistakes in my post, if you're willing to help me out then I'll take what I can get.
Writers
A writer is someone who creates and submits stories to the website, while being official - they're standard are lower and you won't see writers that long unless they really want to write.
Must be willing to write whenever you feel like writing and contribute to the site once every 6 months
Do not mistake writers and authors - an author is official for the website. Meaning, your posts are held at a higher quality rate. Requirements: Must be willing to write whenever you feel like writing and contribute to the site once every few months
Social Media
We need people to run the websites social media. Requirements : Be willing to put posts on Facebook and Twitter and sometimes sites like Reddit.
Payment
This is voluntary (free) until we're able to make a profit off of the website. Once we make money, it will be handed out to people, not necessarily in a split.
You get what you earn in this case
If your posts generate money, you get what you earn off of those posts
Don't worry this will not vary by popularity, but splitting is a bit unfair when some people will only make one post a month or even a year.
We're still thinking this over, but either way by writing for this website you are agreeing it is voluntary until further notice.
